for info and tips

We were recently invited to view and comment on a new recreation route being built on the Denbigh Moors by Conwy Council in partnership wiht Welsh Water, Forest Enterprise and Denbighshire CC with European funding, it is aimed at family walkers and cyclists so may not be gnarly enough for many but is a great route for taking beginners out and possibly for night riding or winter rides... part of the route is in currently part of our Cyffylliog challenge and on this ride we were able to take a fantastic evening 20km ride with about 5m of tarmac in it dogs loved it but slept for a week after.. as with Clocaenog forest the possiblity of a a 100km of off road riding with minimal tarmac is quite possible if you choose your route well. For more details on this area check

Could we ask riders not to check out the new trail yet.. its still being built and we will make sure details of its opening are publicised when open wiht route details it will be very popular with elderly and family walkers so speeding around is a very unwise option..
